Date Night

Even though Valentine's  Day is over, don't let romance take a back seat in your relationship.

The way you love, depicts the way you get love returned. Give love the way you want to receive love.
Today life is so busy, what with work, children, their outside activities and other commitments, it's not surprising couples are tired and not spontaneous.
If you enjoyed a romantic Valentines, keep the romance going. It's the little moments that can mean the most.

Couples who have problems in their relationship site:
: Lack of communication
: Stress
: Feel stuck in a rut
: Money problems
: Intimacy Issues

Plan a weekly, if not monthly, date night.  A date does not have to be expensive,
Grab lunch; eat at the lake, sit in the car and watching the birds, ducks, or people fishing.
Just that little change in your daily routine will brighten your day and put a smile on your and your valentine's face.

Spice up your evening with romantic love songs, soft music relaxes your senses and can take the edge off a long day.
A hot bath enjoyed by two, can be your new vacation destination, draw a bath, a glass of wine, intimate caressing, let conversation be uplifting (don't discuss work, kids or bills, there is plenty of time for that). Maybe discuss a future trip, a weekend getaway, or your next date adventure (take dance lessons together, get a couples massage).

Remember what brought you together in the first place. Why did you fall in love with your partner? Leave him or her love notes, get some chalk and write on the sidewalk or driveway, put a blanket in the yard and watch the stars.

Romance takes two, but can be defeated by one, don't be defeated!
